Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Out of respect for everyone’s time and to keep lesson times consistent for all students, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
24-hour notice
- If you cancel or request to reschedule more than 24 hours before your lesson, there is no charge.
- I will make every effort to reschedule within the same month (subject to availability).
- If we can’t find a suitable time, the lesson may roll over as a credit to the next month.
Cancellations within 24 hours / no-shows
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
- No-shows will also be charged the full lesson fee.
One monthly courtesy (outside the 24-hour policy)
- Each student is allowed 1 cancellation (outside of the 24-hour policy) per month as a courtesy.
- This courtesy is cancellation only (not rescheduling), to help keep makeup lessons manageable.
- Any additional cancellations in the same month will be charged at the full lesson fee.
- This courtesy does not apply to no-shows.
Arriving late
If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time so the next student is not affected.
Emergencies
I understand unexpected situations happen. If there is a genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help where I can.
